Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@tane77.com Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This will ensure we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges:

A shipping flat rate of $8.77 will be charged on all orders under $99.77.

Order Tracking:

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tane77.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it further. If your order is, or has arrived, delayed due to the shipping carrier we cannot refund shipping costs as
fulfilled the desired delivery method. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the entire shipping process and cannot be with your order every step of the way – with that, if there is a delay, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
